◆ 熱繼電器的基本工作原理

安裝使用
熱繼電器的整定電流調節范圍應包容被保護對象的額定電流值。
熱繼電器整定電流調節旋鈕不能隨意旋轉，使用時請按保護對象的電流值進行調節、整定，否則容易引起誤動作。
選定組合安裝時，先適當松動接觸器主接線端子上的接線螺釘，把熱繼電器的掛鉤部分插入接觸器相慶的溝槽，再把熱繼電器的導電桿插入接觸器的主接線端子內，堅固主動接線端子上的螺釘，即可完成組合安裝。
選定分立安裝，首先按5.1.3程序將熱繼電器固定在附件(底板)上，即可進行分立安裝。
連接導線采用單芯聚氯乙烯(PVC)絕緣銅導線，輔助電路連接導線截面積1mm2，主電路連接導線載面積見表5，負載為電動機時的接線原理圖見圖5。
